Eric Trump makes accidental confession about dad – and social media collapsed
Eric Trump seems to have revealed a little more information than he intended about how the White House was run by his father.
Just a day after the FBI searched Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home, Eric went on Fox News and claimed President Joe Biden must have given his approval for the action.
And what was his reasoning? It was like that when Trump was commander-in-chief.
“But that’s the system. And don’t get me wrong Jesse, I know the White House as well as anybody – I spent a lot of time there,” Eric told Fox News’ Jesse Watters.
“I know the system; it didn’t happen without Joe Biden’s explicit endorsement. The White House approved that.”
Eric also noted that the Trump camp was unaware of the raid.

“Notice my words Jesse; it’ll come out. Love it – you see the publicist there today. We had no idea; give me a break,” he said.
“A field office wouldn’t take…they wouldn’t think of doing this without the approval of the President of the United States.”
Shortly after, he said the FBI had raided a famous house like the White House and a wealthy person like his father.
“This is a raid on one of the most famous houses on planet earth, one of the most famous people, probably the most famous person on planet earth. Give me a break.”
Many modern presidents have moved away from Justice Department operations that have political overtones.
So, in this case, the White House noted that Biden heard about the search warrant the same way the rest of the nation did: through the media.
However, people on social media weren’t shy about pointing out comments from Eric, who seemed to admit that was not the case for the Trumpian White House.
One person on Twitter wrote, “Partly thanks to Glasser and Baker, we know tons of things can happen without [the] President’s approval. As a peaceful resolution to [the] Square Lafayette crisis. Thank goodness our officers are capable of disobeying illegal orders like Trump’s.”
“Every accusation is a confession,” added another.
A third wrote: “So unwittingly. See gumbo that’s how it worked in the White House when your dad Cheeto Jaba gurgled and lazy and lay in the place That’s not, in fact, how it works in a normal White House.”

During the FBI raid, which Trump called a “witch hunt,” it is believed to be linked to his already confirmed removal from White House records or the numerous lawsuits pending against him.
“They are trying to stop the Republican Party and me once again. The lawlessness, political persecution and witch hunts must be exposed and stopped,” Trump wrote.
